Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative/Sales Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
* Working flexible shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays, to meet the needs of our customers
* Maintaining a positive attitude and providing a friendly and energetic personality to our customers
* Ensuring displays are in presentable condition at all times and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
* Building productive trust relationships with customers and driving sales through effective up-selling and cross-selling techniques
* Utilizing computer skills, including typing and computer use, to process transactions and manage sales data
* Maintaining knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office, especially Publisher, to effectively manage sales and customer data
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve sales and customer service skills
Essential Qualifications:
* Friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
* Availability to work flexible shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays
* Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers and team members
* Comfortable on the computer, with typing and computer use skills
* Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Previous retail experience, especially in a sales environment, is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working at The UPS Store or similar retail environment
* Knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office, especially Publisher
* Certified Notary Public (Preferred)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing situations
