The Opportunity

As a Live Chat Operator at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere, provided you have basic English proficiency and a stable internet connection. This role offers the flexibility to work online, allowing you to balance your work and personal life. You will be assigned to a specific business and be responsible for logging into their chat application daily to respond to customer inquiries. Full training will be provided to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills to address common questions and concerns. Additionally, you will have access to a chat supervisor for guidance on more complex queries.

Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers through live chat, offering assistance in product selection, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.
  • Maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Following the training and instructions provided to effectively address customer needs.
  • Collaborating with your chat supervisor for support on challenging questions.
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.

  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Be available for 5 to 40 hours per week, with a reliable internet connection.
