Job Overview
As an e-File Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and online platforms. You'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. This is a remote opportunity, and you must be located in one of the following states: Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma, Michigan, North Carolina, or South Carolina.
Key Responsibilities
As an e-File Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
- Investigating discrepancies as they arise
- Completing additional projects as assigned
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- No experience necessary; data entry experience is a plus
- Tech experience is strongly preferred
- The ability to read, write, and speak English
- A high school diploma or GED
- The ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A desire and ability to be a team player
- Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
- A typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm

Compensation and Benefits
As an e-File Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:
- Starting pay: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour

Schedule
As an e-File Specialist, you'll work a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm PST.
