As a Friendly Chat & Email Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including chat and email. Your primary duties will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via chat or email in a timely and professional manner
• Answering simple questions using pre-approved templates to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Maintaining a polite, helpful, and human tone in all interactions
• Reporting any unusual or concerning issues to your supervisor
• Collaborating with our team to resolve customer complaints and concerns
