Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Swedish Speaking Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support to our Swedish-speaking customers through phone, chat, and email
  • Resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing various tools and resources to navigate, research, and review solutions
  • Communicating effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Working variable hours to match customer demand, including day shifts, late evenings, and weekends
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Basic Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Have strong communication skills in Swedish and English (both written and oral fluency)
  • Have experience working with a computer
  • Be available to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6am to 8pm
  • Be willing and able to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, weekend, and overtime as required)
  • Have a quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
  • Have a minimum 50mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
