Test Engineer/Technician

We are looking for a Test Engineer/Technician to contribute to the advancement of test and calibration processes for our high-performance signal generation products. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our testing and calibration procedures while collaborating with production and R&D teams to solve complex challenges.
Responsibilities:- Plan and set up automated test environments for RF devices.
- Conduct production tests on RF devices.
- Develop, document and improve production tests.
- Automate manual testing and calibration workflows
- Test and calibrate Keysight devices in a high-precision environment.
- Develop and enhance test and calibration software.
- Integrate measurement instruments into automated workflows.
- Collaborate with production, development, and quality teams to optimize processes
- Support new product introduction into production
Required Qualifications
- BSc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of high-frequency measurement technology.
- Proficiency in English (+ German minimum conversational level)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with programming languages such as Matlab, Python, and C.
- Independent, structured, and precise approach to work, with a commitment to quality.
