Job Summary
As a part-time Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our Erie, PA store. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure that they have a positive shopping experience. You'll also be responsible for restocking merchandise, loading customer vehicles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations
- Restock merchandise, load customer vehicles, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping experience
- Collaborate with sales specialists and other team members to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including features, benefits, and applications
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and product recommendations
Requirements
* Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Possess 6 months experience operating common retail technology, smartphones, tablets, or computers
- Be able to lift up to 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with assistance
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Be able to maintain a high level of energy and productivity, even in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle (if applicable)
Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Knowledge of home improvement products and services
- Experience working in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
