The Role

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our operating teams by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our internal systems. Responsibilities

* Enter and update data in our internal system accurately and efficiently

  • Maintain data integrity and ensure that all records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Regularly audit data to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies
  • Communicate with internal teams to clarify any data discrepancies and resolve issues
  • Follow company policies and guidelines for data management and privacy
  • Complete work within given deadlines and meet productivity standards
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) to perform data entry tasks
  • Work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy (at least 60 words per minute)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Must be an American resident with the authority to work in the United States
