Job Summary
As a WFH Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for contacting clients who have requested their benefits, setting appointments with clients to review their benefits, conducting virtual benefit reviews with clients via Zoom, enrolling clients in their benefits plans, and completing a report card after each benefit overview is finished.
