Job Summary & Positions

We're currently hiring for both Full Time and Part Time Customer Service Associates to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to customers, donors, and team members

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Restock shelves, hang merchandise, and maintain visual displays
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge of arenaflex products and services

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous customer service experience in a retail environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a thrift store or retail environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
