Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service & Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer service calls, resolving customer inquiries, and accurately processing data entry tasks. You'll work collaboratively with our customer service manager to ensure proper customer service protocols are followed and provide superior customer service to internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer service calls and resolve customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

  • Accurately process data entry tasks, including capturing customer information and maintaining customer accounts
  • Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service protocols are followed
  • Resolve customer service issues and address customer concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain accurate records and submit completed assignments in the required format

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in data entry software and systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
