Responsibilities
- Assists in developing call center procedures, workflow processes, work measurements, and facility layouts in accordance with ergonomic standards
- Assists in determining facility requirements for call center operations, such as the number of positions, locations, and size
- Develops procedures and work standards for call center network operations and other departments that handle customer calls
- Developing and executing presentations to executive and senior management
- Providing ongoing support in the business planning process, employing planning methodology and other appropriate methods, tools, and processes
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelors degree in industrial engineering or related engineering discipline
