Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and engage decision-makers across Oil & Gas and commercial markets
  • Create new opportunities through outreach, networking, and relationship-building
  • Attend industry and local networking events to generate leads and build presence
  • Develop and qualify leads aligned with consulting and service-based offerings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategy and market approach
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and report on activity and results

Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to generate your own opportunities, not rely on inbound leads
  • Confidence engaging decision-makers and initiating conversations
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-through
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • You take ownership of results and are motivated by performance
  • Applicants must reside in one of the specified regions
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • Maintain a clean driving record
  • Have access to a reliable vehicle
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Experience in B2B sales, Oil & Gas, or commercial/service-based industries
