[Remote] Inside Sales Representative - Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Fox Pest Control is a rapidly growing pest control company that focuses on developing confident leaders and empowering individuals. The Inside Sales Representative will participate in a remote training program and will be responsible for making outbound calls to promote services and assist potential customers with their needs.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to loyal customers to promote additional services
• Answer inbound calls from potential new customers looking to improve their homes and yards
• Assist customers in solving their problems and advise on the best solutions
• Acquire necessary information to document sales and process payments
• Open doors to new opportunities through referrals
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Remote Sales experience
• Ambition to win right! We don't sacrifice relationships or ethics
• Confidence and efficiency in speaking over the phone with prospective customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with computers and various software, including Microsoft Office and industry-specific programs
• Spanish fluency is a plus
