Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and contributing to the success of our customer service team. You will receive in-depth training from day one, giving you the knowledge needed to be successful and earn commission from the start. This is a remote, full-time schedule with a competitive compensation package, including a guaranteed base rate of $23 per hour plus commissions, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide excellent customer service during each call with customers, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Contribute towards successful achievement of customer service KPIs (i.e. call time, first call resolution, customer retention, and customer satisfaction)
  • Handle high call volume, including inbound, outbound, email, and chat support
  • Help improve our customer service by providing feedback regarding recurring customer issues to further improve our service
  • Develop individual-based solutions on the requirements of the customer
  • Act as the liaison between customers, partners, and sales consultants
  • Communicate with team members to ensure a smooth experience for our customers
  • Provide knowledge and in-depth advice for hearing loss

Essential Qualifications

  • Growth Mindset: Strong work ethic and desire to learn, adapt, and improve, with the ability to learn new systems and technology (we work with Salesforce, Twilio, Zoom, Outlook, and Chrome)
  • Reliable Network Connectivity: Ability to hardwire to your home network, with a download speed above 100Mbps and upload speed above 20Mbps

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer support experience, preferably in a call center or remote setting

  • Experience with Salesforce, Twilio, or other customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

* Remote, Full-Time Schedule: 8-hour shift with 1 hour lunch between the hours of 8AM - 8PM in your local time zone, including rotating Saturdays

  • Competitive Compensation: Guaranteed base rate of $23 per hour plus commissions, with a performance-based range of $300-$600 per month
