MDM Data Engineer

CTG is seeking an experienced MDM Data Engineer to support enterprise data initiatives for our client. This role focuses on Reltio MDM configuration, data integration, and data quality management within a modern data ecosystem.

Location: Remote Duration: 8 months

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Reltio MDM, including Business Model and Match/Merge rules
• Design and develop ETL pipelines for data ingestion and transformation
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across systems
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and manage master data
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in MDM, SQL, RDBMS, and data management
• Strong hands-on experience with Reltio (required)
• Experience with ETL tools and Big Data environments
• Solid understanding of data quality and metadata management
• Strong SQL and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Informatica MDM (on-prem)
• Life sciences industry background
• Reltio Certified Associate or other MDM certifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $92,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
