The Territory Manager is responsible for developing and fostering customer relationships within the Dallas market to promote Stuller brand awareness and drive sales. This role focuses on engaging with the local community, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities to support customer needs through in-case selling solutions, software, and category entanglement. The Territory Manager plays a key role in supporting the growth and success of customers' businesses while driving Stuller’s holistic corporate growth objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a book of business for high-potential existing accounts actively prospecting and onboarding new customers.
  • Drive sales by building strong customer relationships and presenting Stuller’s products and services tailored to their business needs.
  • Discover sales opportunities through data analysis, consumer research, and customer feedback, offering targeted solutions.
  • Establish relationships with internal experts to provide integrated, seamless support to customers.
  • Travel to customer sites, trade shows, and Stuller-sponsored events to consult, engage, and promote products and services.
  • Document customer meetings, sales opportunities, and feedback accurately and thoroughly for internal use.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, collaborate on projects, and connect with team members to improve overall performance.
  • Represent Stuller by participating in local chapters of industry networking groups and events to build community engagement.

Basic Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a proactive sales role, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Customer-centric, self-starter seeking personal and professional growth.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage in meaningful conversations and hold customer interest.
  • Solution-oriented with strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within the designated territory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in Salesforce, with experience managing customer data, generating reports, and tracking sales opportunities
  • Experience delivering executive-level presentations and public speaking
  • Involvement in local industry networking groups or professional organizations

Work Environment

  • Frequent travel within the designated geographic territory
  • Minimal overnight travel, evening, and weekend work required
  • Must reside within the assigned geographic territory (Dallas, Texas)
