Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and web chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns

  • Assist customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
  • Help service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
  • Troubleshoot software issues with customers and service providers
  • Work collaboratively with our remote team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer support
  • Utilize technology to communicate with team members, participate in training sessions, and attend virtual meetings

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and service providers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM software, email, and web-based platforms
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools

  • Familiarity with household chore management or related industries
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and service providers in multiple languages
