Position Summary:

arenaflex is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent – WFH to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in providing top-notch customer service to our corporate clients, assisting them with travel inquiries, reservations, and itinerary updates. Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with travel partners and vendors to secure bookings, confirmations, and updates, ensuring accurate and timely information for clients.

  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up on inquiries and requests.
