Position Overview

We're currently seeking a highly skilled Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining crucial data that supports our operational excellence. As a key member of our Operations and Business Intelligence team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Entering and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in our systems
• Conducting data analysis and reporting to support business decisions
• Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency
• Identifying and addressing data quality issues and implementing corrective actions
• Providing data-driven insights to support business decisions and drive growth

A Few Examples of Tasks You'll Perform

* Developing predictive models and figures to proactively convey required data to support business decisions

• Conducting analysis of asset use and identifying more efficient arrangements
• Reporting on the execution of data-driven initiatives and providing recommendations for improvement
• Staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence
• Developing complex reports and investigations with guidance from senior leaders
• Presenting findings to Operations and Business Intelligence teams, including senior leaders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Experience with scientific tools, such as SQL, Python, and R
• Strong business acumen, analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage complex processes with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal skills, with the ability to create succinct, relevant, and data-driven reports and presentations for senior leaders
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with MS Office is required
• A strong focus on data quality, with the ability to identify and address data quality issues
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
