• MAKE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENTS ON CURRENT WELDING AND ROBOTIC CELLS TO MAKE THEM MORE OPERATOR FRIENDLY, INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY AND INCREASE QUALITY

• MAINTAIN QULAITY AND PRODUCTION STANDARDS FOLLOWING ALL ISO 9001 AND COMPANY PROCEDURES

• PERFORM ANY OTHER TASKS DEEMED NECESSARY

QUALIFICATIONS:

• MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL FOR ROBOTIC TEACHING TRAINING

• TROUBLE SHOOTING AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS

• EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS AS WELL AS GOOD WRITTEN SKILLS

• ABILITY AND WILLINGNESS TO IMPROVE SKILLS THROUGH SCHEDULED CLASSES AND CROSS TRAINING

• MIG WELDING AND INDUSTRIAL ROBOTIC EXPERIENCE

• MUST SUCESSFULLY PASS ROBOTIC TRAINING GIVEN ON SITE INCLUDING TEST
