[Remote] Sales Support - Americas

They are looking for a highly organized Sales Support - Americas to assist Senior Sales Executives by managing sales operations, maintaining Salesforce data, and ensuring the sales team is positioned to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Support assigned Senior Sales Executives with day‑to‑day sales operations, including:Price quote creationContract generationSalesforce hygiene and opportunity managementMaintain and update Mutual Action Plans to ensure alignment and deal momentum.Liaise cross‑functionally with Sales Operations, Legal, Deal Desk and Sales Enablement to remove roadblocks and keep deals progressing.Track and report on KPIs such as:Speed from quote to cashOpportunity completeness in SalesforceMAP adherence and updates
Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Clari, and Excel
- Exceptionally organized, efficient, and reliable
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and urgency
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders
- Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, or enhance productivity
