About the Position

As a Customer Service and Sales Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You will be an ambassador for arenaflex, communicating the benefits of our programs and services to parents, athletes, and coaches. You will also be responsible for:

• Answering incoming phone calls, emails, and chats from prospective customers
• Nurturing key relationships with our partners and stakeholders
• Becoming an expert in using our CRM and registration systems
• Providing solutions to customer issues through the usage of all available resources
• Identifying problem areas and removing obstacles to retain customers
• Providing assistance to customers with the delivery of our programs and services
• Completing assigned tasks in an accurate and timely manner
• Consistently achieving individual and team performance targets

• Prior attendance at a arenaflex summer session as an athlete, observing coach, and/or instructor
