This position offers the flexibility to work from home while supporting our clients in the Central Standard Time (CST) zone. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and service.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within set time limits, demonstrating a customer-first attitude and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the construction, roofing, or home services industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

  • Strong communication skills, with a customer-first attitude and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a calm demeanor, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and experience with customer support tools, including scheduling and dispatching systems.
