Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges as per arenaflex policies and procedures.
  • Utilizing various software systems to manage customer interactions and track issue resolution.
  • Collaborating with other team members and departments to address complex customer issues.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate channels as needed.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and policies.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.

  • Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous experience in customer service or a similar role is highly valued. Familiarity with the arenaflex platform and services is advantageous but not necessary.

Working Hours

This is a full-time position with shifts available 24/7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required based on customer demand.
