Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team as Online Chat Specialists. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via online chat, email, and phone. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via online chat, email, and phone

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
  • Create relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment

  • Knowledge of Amazon products and services
  • Familiarity with online chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
