Experienced Remote Live Chat Specialist (Entry Level) – Customer Support & Service Excellence

As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional live chat experiences to our clients' customers, helping them navigate our clients' websites, and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to Live Chat Manager when appropriate
- Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
- Promoting interest in client products and services
- Consistently achieving established standards of the position
- Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
- Providing administrative support
- Working from home
Requirements
To be successful as a Remote Live Chat Specialist, you'll need:
- A strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
- Keyboarding and internet experience needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal
- An upbeat, positive attitude, and professional demeanor
- Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
- Ability to compose professional emails

Available Shifts and Compensation
Available shifts are all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $29.00 - $40.00/hour.
