Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our administrative department as a Data Entry Specialist. This is a part-time/full-time, individual contributor role that requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our company's database, ensuring that all information is entered in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Entering data accurately and efficiently into our company's database
  • Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of data entered
  • Organizing and maintaining data collection systems
  • Communicating any discrepancies or errors to management
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in data entry or related administrative work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry or related administrative work

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
