Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our claims coordination team. You'll be responsible for providing administrative and staff support services, including data entry of claims information into our claims management systems. This is a low-stress role with great rewards, perfect for someone who is reliable, willing to learn, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team

  • Enter claims information into our claims management systems with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older (or able to demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or data entry (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in claims coordination or a related field

  • Familiarity with claims management systems and software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish or other languages)
