What to Expect

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, while also promoting arenaflex's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the initial point of contact for inbound customer requests and questions

  • Maintain a high level of product and system knowledge to provide support to internal and external partners
  • Field daily calls from customers with questions regarding arenaflex products and services
  • Log and document customer conversations/issues
  • Provide real-time technical support for customers using the automated phone system and employee website
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience

What We Require

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills. Here are the essential qualifications we're looking for:

  • Previous open enrollment experience preferred
  • Proficiency in computer software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Sungard, and ORS
  • Knowledge of renewing health and benefits plans
  • Ability to update enrollments, policies, and rates
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
