Job Summary

As a Remote Automotive Service Department Appointment and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inbound and outbound calls, and assisting customers with appointment scheduling. You will work closely with our Service Managers to ensure seamless customer experiences and maintain a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries

  • Assist customers with appointment scheduling and provide exceptional customer service
  • Work with Service Managers to ensure seamless customer experiences and maintain a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and drive growth
  • Provide world-class customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a call center or appointment setting role

  • Proficiency in using phones and computer systems
  • Professional and polite demeanor
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual skills are a strong plus

* Experience in the automotive industry
