Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Integrating business objectives into technical guides and advancing the broader frameworks methodology to lead in front of changing business objectives.
- Leading a technical team to deliver robust frameworks that create business value.
- Driving best practices across the team, as well as a culture of ownership and responsibility for quality and practicality of expectations.
- Leading the team to identify opportunities and move to deliver smart fixes.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 15 years of experience overseeing infrastructure foundation planning and delivery.
- 10 years of experience overseeing people, managers, and teams, as well as teaching, and fostering a team.
- 5 years of experience on scaled and high-contact support, overseeing cross-functional partners, and utilizing core skills.
- Experience in business engineering, frameworks planning, frameworks coordination, data design, and solutions delivery.
- Ability to use data to drive strategy and business action, address technical concepts to audiences and stakeholders, and influence/lead cross-functional partners.
- Ability to inspire design teams to collaborate, build industry-leading engineer foundation, drive adoption, and deliver impact.
- Ability to tackle complex issues and scale across an organization and distributed team.
- Superb written and verbal communication, logical, and partner engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in data entry, data analysis, and data visualization.
- Familiarity with data management tools and technologies.
- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
- Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
