Recruiter

BoulderCentre for Orthopedics & Spine is seeking a Recruiter to play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for their orthopedic practice. The successful candidate will leverage their healthcare recruiting experience to collaborate with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies in various departments and levels
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations
• Build and maintain a strong network of orthopedic professionals through proactive relationship-building
• Manage applicant tracking system to keep accurate records of candidates and their progress throughout the hiring process
• Conduct thorough pre-screening interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders
• Evaluate candidates through a combination of interviews, reference checks, and skill assessments
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities

Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or business related field preferred
• Minimum one-year proven experience as a healthcare recruiter, preferably in orthopedics
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability, data analysis, and decision-making skills
