Estrella Insurance is expanding into California and is seeking driven, client-focused Insurance Agents to join their Huntington Beach team. This role offers a ground-floor opportunity to grow with one of the fastest-growing insurance franchise brands in the country, providing full training and uncapped commissions.
Responsibilities
- Join the team and grow with Estrella Insurance as they expand into California
- Offer the lowest rates in the state of California by accessing all top rated carriers
- Provide full training to new agents, regardless of prior experience in insurance
- Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to connect with clients
- Serve both English and Spanish-speaking communities
Skills
- Experience in outside sales or retail sales
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-first mindset
- Experience in insurance preferred but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus
