Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing top-notch support to our members and ensuring that their needs are met with empathy, understanding, and a passion for helping others. You'll be working in a remote environment, handling complex calls, and providing expert guidance on a range of topics, including Medicare and Medicaid. If you're a people person with a knack for multitasking, problem-solving, and building strong relationships, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities * Answer inbound calls from members regarding their benefits, providing expert guidance and support * Handle 20-50 calls per day on average, with a focus on quality and multitasking * Research information regarding deductibles, claim status, providers, and other complex topics * Answer questions about Medicare and Medicaid, providing clear and concise explanations * Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating a passion for helping others and a commitment to excellence * Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality * Work up to 2 hours of overtime per week, as needed Essential Functions * Working in a remote environment, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace * Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency, even in a fast-paced environment * Collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to achieve team goals and objectives * Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge * Adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures, including those related to data security and confidentiality Skills and Qualifications * 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or insurance-related field * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Proficiency in basic software and computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability * Strong empathy and active listening skills, with the ability to understand and respond to the needs of others * Certification in customer service, such as Certified Financial Service Auditor (CFSA), is a plus Benefits and Perks * Competitive hourly rate of $17.49 - $17.50 per hour * Opportunity to work in a remote environment, with a flexible schedule and work-life balance * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * Incentive and recognition program, with opportunities for bonuses and rewards * 401K contribution, with a company match * Ongoing training and development programs, to enhance skills and knowledge * Collaborative and supportive work environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and camaraderie How to Apply If you're a motivated and empathetic individual with a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you!
