Job Summary:

As a Virtual Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our digital records. You'll be responsible for inputting large amounts of data into our CRM and databases, applying consistent formatting to reports and correspondence, and identifying opportunities for automation to boost efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

* Transform handwritten notes, PDFs, and audio files into polished, error-free digital records with high accuracy (99.5% or higher)

  • Input large amounts of data into our CRM and databases, maintaining accuracy and consistency
  • Apply consistent formatting to reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Perform dual-stage reviews, including self-audit and peer review, to uphold near-perfect data standards
  • Identify repetitive tasks and propose automation solutions (e.g., Excel macros or VBA scripts) to boost efficiency
  • Adhere to data privacy and security protocols to protect client and company information
  • Participate in weekly virtual stand-ups to prioritize tasks and share best practices

Requirements:

* Experience: 1 to 2 years in data entry, transcription, or administrative support

  • Typing Speed: Minimum 70 WPM with 98% accuracy (typing test required during the interview)
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite; bonus points for experience with Airtable, Zoho, or Salesforce
  • Communication: Excellent English skills with the ability to interpret unclear or incomplete content
  • Self-Discipline: Demonstrated ability to stay organized and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Equipment: Reliable high-speed internet (25 Mbps or higher) and a quiet home workspace

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
