Position Overview

CJ Construction is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive remote support to our dynamic, distributed team.

As the operational backbone of our virtual office, you will be the critical link supporting our project managers, field staff, and leadership. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem-solver with exceptional communication skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at independently managing multiple tasks and digital workflows.

Your ability to maintain organisation and ensure seamless communication from a remote setting will be essential to the smooth and efficient operation of our business, directly contributing to the success of our projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with the ability to quickly learn new software.

Exceptional organisational skills and a keen attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
