Regional Sales Representative - Fleet Vehicles Sales

Overview of the Role

We are seeking driven and experienced sales professionals to lead fleet vehicle sales efforts across the Caribbean and Andean regions. This is a remote, commission-based role ideal for entrepreneurial individuals with strong regional networks and a passion for delivering innovative automotive solutions to corporate, government, and logistics clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue fleet sales opportunities within the Caribbean and Andean regions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals.

  • Collaborate with internal operational and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.

  • Track and report on sales performance, competitor activity, and emerging market trends.

Background and Experience

Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the automotive or fleet sector.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

  • In-depth understanding of Caribbean and/or Andean markets and business environments.

  • Fluent in Spanish; proficiency in English is an asset.

Additional Information

This is a flexible, remote position offering high earning potential through a commission-based structure, with a standard base salary. Candidates will have the autonomy to shape regional strategies and grow with the company while making a significant impact in a dynamic, cross-border sales environment.
