Responsibilities

  • Resolve issues related to logins, data, platform performance, and tool malfunctions
  • Maintain high work standards to support a strong team environment
  • Guide users on platform features and maintain expert-level product knowledge
  • Research and document complex technical issues for escalation to specialized teams
  • Manage help requests via email, phone, and chat through to resolution
  • Share customer feedback internally to suggest product and process improvements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Commitment to continuous learning and personal development
  • Tech-savvy, analytical, and process-oriented mindset
  • Understanding of the real estate industry

  • Must be able to work EST hours
  • Experience as a real estate professional
  • Background in a fast-paced tech startup environment
  • Familiarity with Zendesk
  • Comfort with remote work
