Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Seasonal Opportunity for Utah Residents

The Challenge

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, from seasoned gardeners to those just starting out. You'll need to be able to navigate our websites and internal systems to assist customers with placing orders, answering questions, and troubleshooting issues. Your passion for gardening and commitment to customer satisfaction will be essential in providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with our customers.

A Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, with a private and quiet space to take calls and focus on your work. You'll be responsible for:

• Answering calls and responding to emails from customers, providing exceptional service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Navigating our websites and internal systems to assist customers with placing orders, checking on existing orders, and troubleshooting issues
• Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, and to provide support and guidance as needed
• Participating in regular quality reviews and coaching sessions to ensure continuous improvement and growth

Training and Coaching

As a new hire, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program, which includes:

• Mandatory training days, Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm EST, with additional training in subsequent weeks
• Audits and follow-up training to ensure success in your new role
• Regular quality reviews and coaching sessions to support your growth and development

Remote Work

This role will be entirely remote, including our interactive training, which will be conducted through Microsoft Teams and require on-screen participation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate internal systems
• A passion for gardening and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime during peak season
