Job Summary
As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a positive customer experience. You'll be responsible for providing courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service to our customers, recommending items for sale, and modeling and sharing customer service best practices with your team members. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Recommend items for sale to customers, based on their needs and preferences
- Model and share customer service best practices with team members, to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for cleanliness and safety
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending
Preferred Qualifications
