Job Description:

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in our customer service and operations teams, ensuring that our data is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a leading global airline company.

Responsibilities:

* Accurately enter and update data into various systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy

• Verify data by comparing it to source documents, identifying and correcting any discrepancies or errors
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested, providing timely and efficient support to our teams
• Compile, sort, and organize data to be entered into the database or electronic systems, ensuring data is easily accessible and usable
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities where possible and maintaining data quality
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all data collected, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy, providing support and guidance as needed

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or a related field are a plus

• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.), with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment, with a quiet and distraction-free workspace
