Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and professional customer support through various channels (email, chat, and phone) to resolve inquiries and issues.
  • Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving complaints or concerns.
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient handling of customer issues by identifying root causes and providing solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address and resolve customer service escalations.

  • Documenting customer interactions and following up to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Experience
