As a Virtual Medical Assistant - Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Data Entry and Auditing: Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a US healthcare setting, is essential for this role. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering patient data, reviewing referrals, and auditing team work to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Referral Review and Management: You will review incoming referrals, log into hospital portals to retrieve records for next-day patients, rename records, attach records, and ensure seamless data management.
- Double Checking and Verification: Your attention to detail will be crucial in double-checking incoming referrals to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Time Zone Alignment: You will work effectively in the Mountain Time zone to align with client schedules and ensure seamless communication.
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven Experience: At least 2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in a US healthcare setting.
