Job Summary

As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining positive customer relations by addressing product-related concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
  • Working from home, navigating through multiple systems, and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Take orders, verify information, and track packages

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

* 2-3 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools

* 1st shift training: 2 weeks (M-F), 8:30am-3:30pm CST

  • 2nd shift training: 2 weeks (M-F), 5:00pm-11:00pm CST
  • Weekend training: 3 weekends (Sa-Su), 8:00am-4:00pm CST
