Job Summary
As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining positive customer relations by addressing product-related concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
- Working from home, navigating through multiple systems, and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
- Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
