Senior Recruiter – Oracle TechnologiesLocation: Remote (U.S.-based preferred) Type: Full-Time u007C Contract

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter with deep experience supporting Oracle technology practices to join our consulting team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing and thoroughly screening candidates across a range of Oracle cloud and on-premise platforms. You'll work directly with hiring managers and project leads to build a high-quality talent pipeline that meets the demands of complex enterprise implementations and ongoing client engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source candidates across Oracle technology disciplines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, professional networks, referrals, and niche Oracle community forums
  • Conduct in-depth phone and video screens to evaluate technical knowledge, consulting experience, and communication skills before presenting candidates to hiring managers
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill Oracle roles, including functional consultants, technical developers, and integration specialists
  • Partner with project managers and practice leads to understand role requirements, billability expectations, and client-specific needs
  • Maintain a continuously refreshed pipeline of Oracle-credentialed talent for both active requisitions and anticipated future needs
  • Manage candidate records, sourcing activity, and requisition workflows within an ATS, ensuring accurate documentation and timely status updates at every stage of the hiring process
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, gather structured feedback from hiring panels, and facilitate offer discussions
  • Support compliance with U.S. work authorization requirements, including H-1B, EAD, OPT, and green card considerations, as well as international hiring and contractor engagement requirements for overseas candidates
  • Report on sourcing activity, pipeline health, time-to-fill, and candidate quality metrics on a regular basis

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on Oracle technology roles
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) — including managing requisitions, tracking candidate progress, maintaining data integrity, and generating pipeline reports; experience with platforms such as Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Taleo, or similar is strongly preferred
  • Hands-on sourcing experience targeting candidates skilled in one or more of the following Oracle platforms, with preference given to candidates who have recruited across multiple disciplines: Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite), PeopleSoft HCM or Financials, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Database, Oracle APEX, Siebel CRM, etc.
  • Proven ability to conduct meaningful technical screens — assessing functional knowledge, implementation experience, and project complexity — not just resume matching
  • Familiarity with Oracle certification levels and the ability to evaluate candidates' depth of expertise across modules and versions
  • Experience recruiting for both consulting/implementation roles and managed services or staff augmentation engagements
  • Working knowledge of U.S. work authorization classifications and their impact on hiring timelines and eligibility
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously without sacrificing candidate quality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recruiting experience supporting implementations of PeopleSoft HCM or Financials, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP — candidates with demonstrated depth across two or more of these platforms will be given strong preference
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting candidates internationally, including talent based in regions such as India, Pakistan, Eastern Europe, Latin America, Asia or other global Oracle talent markets, with familiarity in managing overseas contractor agreements, time zone coordination, and cross-border compliance considerations
  • Prior experience recruiting for Oracle public sector or government clients
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) roles and certifications
  • Background in a boutique Oracle consulting firm or staffing agency specializing in ERP talent
  • Understanding of Oracle project delivery methodologies (AIM, OUM, Agile)
