The Role

  • Quality Assurance: Conducting regular data quality checks to identify and rectify any errors or inconsistencies.
  • Data Management: Maintaining and updating our databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communication: Collaborating with our team to resolve any data-related issues or concerns.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve our data entry processes and implementing changes as needed.

Essential Qualifications

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, or information technology) preferred.

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field (e.g., customer service, administrative support).
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with data entry software (e.g., Excel, Access); strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Certifications: Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry software.

Preferred Qualifications

* Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, or information technology).

  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in data entry or a related field (e.g., customer service, administrative support).
  • Skills: Experience with data analysis software (e.g., SQL, Tableau); knowledge of data quality and data governance principles.
  • Certifications: Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA) certification.
