What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across various airport operations, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing consistently high-quality customer service, ensuring a seamless experience at all touchpoints
• Performing various airport-related tasks, including guiding customers through the airport, handling customer queries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
• Working closely with team leaders to ensure seamless operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Conducting administrative tasks, such as Atac, preflight, and post-flight departure
• Promoting and selling arenaflex services and products to our customers
• Attending and completing all required training by the given deadlines
• Adhering to and promoting safe working practices at all times
• Performing other reasonable duties as required by the post

• The ability to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays
• Reliability and punctuality, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results
• Compliance with all arenaflex policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Possession of a valid BAA airside pass
• GSAT training
• The willingness and ability to complete all relevant training and education
• Possession of a valid DVLA driving license, with the ability to apply for a BAA driving license as required
• The willingness and ability to teach and maintain a valid BAA jet bridge permit as required
