Claims - Ops Regulatory Analyst

Responsibilities
- Process file copy request
- Issue expense payments
- Provide check copy requests
- Process daily check payment runs
- Log and scan Claims Recovery checks
- Prepare checks for mailing
- Distribute Claims Department digital mail
- Maintain documentations on business processes
- Provide customer support by answering Claims Financials inquires
- Processing tax information so items are reported correctly
Skills
- High school diplomas/GED
- Good communication skills
- Ability to resolve issues through research and communication with supervision and other associates
- Work efficiently to meet service level agreements
- Multitask and prioritize work
- Type accurately and efficiently
- Perform routine daily tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiar with Microsoft, Word and Excel
