Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Sales Representative to join our Inbound Outreach team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound sales calls, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling. If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer experience, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound sales calls, responding to customer inquiries and providing personalized product recommendations

  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide solutions that meet their expectations
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends, and use this knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to the growth and success of the team
  • Participate in sales challenges and other team-building activities to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction

What You'll Need

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment, with a strong understanding of technology and software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive and supportive attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise product information to customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve sales and customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a virtual environment, with a strong understanding of technology and software applications

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Experience working in a team environment, with a positive and supportive attitude
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation
